Can I import data from my SpinTouch?
Yes. Chlor supports SpinTouch CSV import so you can bring existing water-test data into the pool record.
Is there a limit on how many pools I can add?
No. Both Chlor plans include unlimited pools. Pricing is based on the team capability you need, not route size.
Can I import my customer list?
Customer CSV import is on the roadmap. For now, customers can be added manually, or through API access included with the Team plan.
How do online payments work?
Customers pay a Chlor invoice through Stripe. Chlor charges no percentage fee; you pay Stripe’s standard processing rates.
